Terms and Conditions
Ai Orsman mosaics endeavours to create mosaics of the highest artistic standard to delight customers. There are just a few terms and conditions to clarify the process of delivering a commissioned mosaic.
The price is to be agreed before work starts and a 15% deposit paid.
For portraits, 50% of the agreed price is payable when the work is substantially complete and the customer will have the opportunity to view the work and discuss the remaining elements, for example, the background colours to be used. The remainder of the price is payable upon delivery.
Once payment has been received, no refunds are possible.
The commissioned mosaic may be photographed and published on this website and elsewhere unless written instruction is received indicating that the artwork should not be publicised.
